We are now seeking a SENIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading a Credit Control team for managing the daily collection activities of tenancy accounts
- Exposure to debt collection and settlement reconciliation
- Monitor civil litigation including distraint proceedings and small claims
- Review and provide timely AR report, collection status and analyze retail data of tenants' turnover
- Communicate with professional parties for credit risk management topics
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate and major in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
- 5- 8 years' experience in credit control and debt collection with sizable companies
- In possession of strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and self-motivated
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Knowledge in SAP is preferred
