My client is an international business based in Huntingdon and they are currently recruiting for someone with a background in credit control to join their small team.
Looking after your own ledgers and clients your duties will include;
Debt collection by phone and email
Recording invoice queries and disputes on appropriate sales ledger via automated system
Liaising with Operation and Sales managers on all matters in relation to Credit & Collections
Issuing copy invoices and maintaining close relationships with appropriate billing teams
Account reconciliations
Query management and resolution
Providing management information as required
This is a rare chance to join a business with a history of staff retention and if you are looking for a credit control position where you can look after your own accounts and take ownership of your workload, this could be the role for you.
Existing experience in credit control is essential alongside the ability to work in a small team and busy environment.
