DescriptionMonth end processes for one key divisions within the group, including production of management accounts and calculation of monthly KPI measures
Support the Business Partner and Group Financial Controller in reviewing the divisions results
Support the Business Partner and Commercial team with contract price reviews
Calculation and posting monthly journals on Sage
Review Bank Reconciliations
Budget and forecast preparation
Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Overview of Purchase Ledger
Oversee payroll postings, P11d's, PAYE etc
Overview of petty cash returns and client expense payments
Oversee the raising of monthly sales invoices
Support Year End Audit
ProfileGood communicator with strong interpersonal skill and emotional intelligence
Able to work semi-autonomously and flexibly.
Staff ManagementStrong excel skills.

Experience of using Sage
