AsFinanceDirectorworkingwithintheChinaLeadershipTeam,Thejobholderwillmanageday-to-dayfinancialoperationsandensureallfinancialtransactionsarerecordedaccuratelyandontimelymanner.Heorsheisresponsiblefordevelopingandmonitoringfinancialstrategy,processandcontrolsystemsandprovidinguseful,timelyandaccuratefinancialreportstothemanagementteam.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：• Responsible for all accounting related operations: financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, general ledger, A/P, A/R, tax accounting, risk management, audit etc.• Monthly and yearly financial statements and reports in accordance with the defined accounting principles (IFRS as well as local Chinese Standard) and the business need.• Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors as necessary• Manage cash flow, bookkeeping, maintain financial and accounting system, develop policies and procedures.• Perform monthly financial analysis to determine major root cause and required action plan to support China business which include pricing, margins, operational variance analysis, productivity tracking, Working Capital control, and the general financial status of XXX China.• Budget and forecast, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Managing Director China and the Board of Directors of the company• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and improve the Finance organization function.• Report to Managing Director in China directly and with the responsibility of functional support to the Finance management team in European HQ.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE：• University Degree in finance, accounting or business administration• Strong Accounting and Costing background with Certified Public Accounting (CPA) licensed, or the equivalent skills/experiencelicense is highly preferred.• Good knowledge of local and IFRS accounting principles, as well as Chinese law and regulations• At least 8 years work experience in finance and accounting for international companies in China, thereof at least 3 years management experience as Finance controller or Finance manager in a manufacturing company with local sales in China will be highly prefered.• Highly developed interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving capability and with can-do approach to facilitate the continue improvement plans.• Team-player, Results orientated and Driven individual with high moral standards.• Ability to work under pressure to meeting tight deadlines and demanding requests.• IT literacy, extensive experience in use of ERP and Microsoft Office• Excellent English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
