Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Plant GM, analyze plant performance/evaluate working flow, highlight risks and drive actions accordingly;
2. Prepare and deliver timely forecast on volume, productivity & base cost etc.;
3. Follow up and challenge plant CAPEX/OPEX investment; delivery ROI investment analysis accordingly;
4. Supervision and taking care of cost modules in ERP, review cost variance and drive actions;
5. Support monthly closing & costing sheet maintenance and updates
 
Requirements:
1. 4+ years cost controlling experience in manufacturing factories;
2. Strong knowledge of SAP system, excellent computer skills including MS office, particularly in Excel; EXCEL VBA is preferred;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization;
4. Fluent Oral English and good English written skill;
5. Bachelor Degree and major in accounting.
6. ACCA preferred
