Please note One can be based anywhere in the US as long as one is able to travel to the client location (onsite Monday through Thursday). Secondly, this is a full–time regular vs. contractor role. Globally, we have about 130 resources directly contributing to the NetSuite service line We are currently at 45 or so employees in North America NS Practice as of today. Our India team numbers close to 80 as well. European locations of France and Netherlands make up the balance of dedicated NetSuite resources. Capgemini plans to grow NetSuite at a 20–30 rate per year. Capgemini has been a partner of NetSuite since 2013 and started with only 8 resources dedicated to the service line. Not only is the opportunity with NetSuite to serve clients and deliver projects, but also It is an opportunity to become a significant contributor to building the NetSuite practice in areas such as go–to–market, running the business and executing key initiatives. Project delivery occurs through a combination of on–site activity, and remote activity via delivery centers in Houston, TX, and India. Projects are made of up larger business transformation and smaller quick–turn projects, both based on pre–configured industry solutions. Projects can be single or multiple sites in North America, as well as having a global footprint. Travel varies based on the nature of the project. Limited travel roles are based out of our delivery center in Houston presently Required Skills and Experience Overview The analyst role performs project functions such as creating agendas and preparation materials for workshop sessions, documenting process flows, requirements, and decisions, performing analysis on decision options, configuring NetSuite software, building workflows and saved searches, mapping data, loading data, maintaining configuration workbook, drafting project deliverables, writing test scripts, executing functional tests, documenting test results, writing end–user training documentation. Required Skills bull Functional knowledge in 2–3 of the following areas entity structure, chart of accounts, general ledger transactions, product costing, allocations, treasury, tax, budgeting, financial analysis, multi–book, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. bull Experience documenting business requirements, gaps, and solutions bull Experience with NetSuite configuration, creating custom fields, custom records, workflows and saved searches bull Drafting functional design documentation bull Demonstrated experience writing test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results. bull Demonstrated experience mapping data, loading data into NetSuite bull Developing training material and user procedures bull Providing production support for the first few weeks after go–live Qualifications bull Similar role in at least one full lifecycle NetSuite implementation, or at least one year as a NetSuite Administrator with hands–on configuration experience. bull Solid core consulting skills including facilitating workshops, creating documentation, oral and written communication, creating and delivering presentations, conducting analysis and making recommendations bull Experience working in a large consulting firm on large projects is desired bull Strong written and verbal communications bull Willing to travel in a 3–4–5 model bull Bachelors degree or higher bull NetSuite certification of SuiteFoundation or Administrator is desired ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Capgemini is one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology, outsourcing services and local professional services.
