Accounts Payable Clerk

The role will require the candidate to Match, batch and code high volumes of invoices. It will require candidates to make payments via BACs and CHAPs.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will report into the Finance Manager and will work for a growing charity in Central London.

Description

The Accounts Payable duties will include:

• Match, batching and coding invoices
• Payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Managing supplier queries
• Liaising with the wider finance team

Profile

To be successful the candidate must have the following experience:

• Recent Accounts Payable experience
• Recent experience working for a recognised charity organisation
• Recent use of a well recognised Finance system
• Recent telephone experience
• A good level of excel
• Excellent numerical skills
