Part Time Accounts Assistant

My retail client based in Harlow are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. They are in need of someone on a part time basis that will be willing to stay on a permanent basis.

As finance is a key support function, the business's growth has also increased to workload there. This is why they need someone on a permanent basis to help deal with the extra work.

Description

This Part Time Accounts Assistant role will involve

• Cover and support for the Operational Finance manager
• Daily Bank reconciliations
• Bank posting
• Manage weekly cash flow forecast
• Entering authorised expenses & supplier payments
• Processing of inter-company invoices

The successful part time Accounts Assistant candidate will
