We are working with a leading global group who have a brilliant Financial Controller opportunity available for an experienced qualified accountant following the company's continued growth and success.

The role;

- Leading the finance team

- Prepare and review reporting

- Statutory reporting

- To follow up the planning and control cycle; responsible for the execution of this cycle and follow up on key issues arising (performance, working capital, cash, portfolio etc)

- Ownership of Risk and Compliance process

- Delivery of clean internal and external audits

- Delivering internal month end reporting

- Ensuring accurate and compliant balance sheet

- HMRC compliance and reporting

- Risk and controls reviews and continuous improvement

- Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley

The person;

- Proven ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner

- Advanced knowledge of reporting process and demonstrated ability to analyse and validate financial and performance data

- Assist in guiding finance team in a changing environment

- Drive for results combining a strong attention to detail

- Adherence to challenging deadlines

- Strong analytical skills, lateral thinking and self-motivation

- ACA, ACCA accounting qualification

- IFRS and UK GAAP experience
