Job Purpose:


Model and manage servicer data and cash flow analytics for ABS, MBS and Loans transactions

Job Background/context:


Job is part of Issuer Services EMEA executing and managing Structured Finance, Loan and other Products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and delivery of models to support Structured Finance transactions within transaction timelines

  • Review and structuring of relevant transaction documentation

  • Receipt and management of servicer loan-level data

  • Development of services in relation to securitisation regulations and evolving market requirements
  • Maintenance of models supporting Structured Finance and other transactions

  • Liaise with Servicers, Lawyers and Arrangers to ensure all reporting and servicing requirements are understood

  • Manage EUC's as required

  • Develop and maintain client relationships

  • Proactively manage process risk

  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors

  • Produce business requirements definition for systems and upgrades

  • Liaise with IT for platform upgrades and system outage troubleshooting

  • Deputise for head of Analytics as required

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
  • Corporate Trust knowledge advantageous
  • ABS/MBS experience essential
  • Legal documentation experience essential
  • Understanding database schema and data interrogation/analysis
  • Ability to produce / code waterfall cash-flows, performance tests and collateral analysis
  • Team leadership experience advantageous
  • Servicing experience advantageous
  • ABS / Solvas Suite experience advantageous

Skills:
