What’s the role about?
This candidate would act as first in charge for the group development and overseeing the finance and accounting functions for the hospitality businesses. This role will also be responsible for strategic advice and upcoming business acquisitions. Report directly to CEO and founding members, this candidate would need the experience and ability to lead and grow the new acquired businesses. Excellent remuneration package and bonus will be offered.

• Provide strategic advice on potential acquisition and process improvement for existing businesses
• Spearhead the new business and responsible for the business growth and integrations
• Initiate and implement new strategy with assistance from subsidiaries Directors and other team members
• Work on the 5 and 10 years strategic plans with key stakeholders
• Responsible for process transformation at the group level
• Provide recommendations and strategic advice to the CEO and founding members

Ideal Candidate should have the followings:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant from top university
- Strong communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Successful track records of working with executive managements and founding members
- At least 15 years of experience working with a diversified business portfolio
- Proven record of excellent leadership and drive for business improvement
