- Allocating cash to correct accounts
- Checking customers credit applications and opening new customer accounts
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Chasing overdue payments
- Helping with payment issues
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Resolving queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control duties
- Managing account relationships
