Group CFO / Non Executive Director / Board Advisor | 4-5 days per month | £140 million t/o FMCG business
Harmonic Finance are proud to have been engaged on an exclusive basis by a fantastic values-driven £140 million t/o international organisation who have received several international awards over the past 24 months.
The business are multi-site and international, with an acquisitive strategy. Which - while fantastic news for growth rates - is placing more demands upon the CFO and Senior Leadership team in Finance. Harmonic have subsequently been requested to find them an experienced, financially-orientated coach and mentor for their CFO. This arrangement will be for circa 4-5 days per month (much of which can be done remotely via calls and Skype/Facetime/Zoom).
Ideal candidate background:
Start: ASAP
Day rate: £1-£2,500 per day (experience dependent)

Ideal candidate background:
- Presently CFO (or former CFO) of an international listed business (Although happy to consider those currently acting as Chair or NED provided they have top-class accounting knowledge).
- Substantial experience in mid-market international businesses with some supply chain element.
- Successful IPO experience.
- Clear, matter-of-fact coaching and advisory style.
