Positions Available:

· French Collections Analysts

· French Senior Collections Analysts

Credit Analyst Responsibilities.......

  • Credit Control on a global basis
  • Customer invoicing, including preparation of any other documentation required by and for the customer location and processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring the standards of credit control relations are adhered to
  • Managing the integrity of the notes and supporting documentation regarding queries from clients
  • Managing escalating queries
  • issuing relevant reports for the French Market
  • Ensure daily cash received is downloaded from the bank, cash sheets updated and cash allocated accurately within 24 hours of cash receipt
  • Maintain up to date and accurate Customer Information
  • Provision of inflow/outflow in relation to cash flow projections
  • Completion of Statistical data returns and Surveys for government bodies and others
  • Achieve daily, weekly or monthly targets as assigned by managing & collecting debt within the Accounts Receivable ledger
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as directed by the French Collections Supervisor


Experience required......

  • must speak fluent English & French
  • At least 2 months to 4 years' experience in a Credit Analyst/ Accounts Receivable environment
  • B2B & multinational experience desirable
  • Strong PC skills on Excel, Word, Outlook, and with recognized accounting systems
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience working in a Multinational or start up environment advantageous
