We are now recruiting Customer Service Representatives in our newest branch Rouse Hill including:

• Part time - 26.25 hrs per week (Mon - Fri including Thurs evening trading)
• On-call casual - providing support to our branches within the region (Rouse Hill, Parramatta, Penrith and Wynyard)

We are looking for self driven and passionate individuals, with a genuine interest in helping IMB's members reach their financial goals and dreams. With a variety of sales, service and operational activities and responsibilities, the main aspects of a Customer Service Representative role include:

• Contributing to branch and regional growth and sales targets by engaging with IMB members to meet their banking needs and promoting IMB as a bank of choice
• Identifying further opportunities to meet the full financial needs of our members, ensuring they are provided with the best products and services
• Working in a face to face customer environment and as a responsible sales professional adhering to legislative and procedural guidelines

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience within a sales and service environment;
• The drive and commitment to achieve both personal and team targets;
• A cooperative team approach;
• Cash handling experience and proficient computer skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and have effective conversations with customers;
• The flexibility to work part time or on an on-call casual basis

Thorough training will be provided and the successful applicant must be prepared to attend training for 2-3 weeks full time upon commencement including one week in Wollongong.
