Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the overall management of processes.
- Reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- To ensuring all calculations are completed within the time scales.
- Issuing statements to customers in a timely manner.
- Processing invoices.
- Working with the management accounts team.
- Working with other departments to resolve customer queries.
- Reporting and analysing information for the business.
- Ad hoc admin.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Excel skills - VLookups & Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Analytically minded with attention to detail.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
