- Ensure accurate and appropriate accounting transactions and records.
- Maintain account payables and receivables and liaise with factoring banks.
- Cash flow preparation.
- Perform internal audits of accounts payables, receivables, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cost allocation.
- Assist in closing books at year end and provide technical support to external auditors.
- Control all issues related to foreign purchases and its cost allocation.
- Monitor and support taxation issues (VAT, NSSF...)
- Prepare financial statements and financial management reports.
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
