This is a very transactional role, perhaps suited to someone at the beginning of their career looking to expand on some experience gained in Accounts.

Description
Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will consist of the following:
- Processing invoices in the week they are received so that the charges can be billed out to customer and that the contract remains cash neutral.
- Reconciling statements on a monthly basis.
- Providing analysis and data to the Assistant Finance Manager.
- Matching PO's and updating all information on to the Accounts system.
Profile
The successful Finance Assistant candidate, will perhaps just have finished their College/Uni studies in Accounts or may have had some basic Accounts experience from work experience and are looking to expand on this.
Although this role is open to entry level candidates, they must demonstrate a prior interest in accounts- through studies or work experience.
