To control the process in which raw materials are transformed into finished goods. This process entails a flow of materials and an accumulation of costs. Manufacturing costs include overheads, salaries, labor costs, the cost of materials or raw materials, sales expense and general administrative expense.
To define the project's goals and objectives; create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyses progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress.
To evaluate, optimize and control all aspects of production process and cost management from a single dashboard.
