Reconciliations Accountant

Page Personnel are working hand in hand with this globla business to recruit for an interim Reconciliations Accountant.

This will be a long term cotnract role.

Description

This role will involve but not be limited to the following:

Performing balance sheet reconciliations
Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
Reconciling GRIR accounts
Performing flash market analysis
Performing cash flow reporting
Liaising with other sites to coordinate the month end close
Posting bank entries for multiple sites on a daily basis, and reconciling bank accounts in SAP to bank statement at month end
Clearing down accounts
Calculating and posting inter-company goods
Posting Czech bank entries at month end and reconciling SAP to bank statement
Reconciliation of FI -COPA modules in SAP for sales and COGS
Check to confirm that ICP elimination has been correctly run
Perform revaluation checks and re-run revaluation if needed
Check for items posted to non-operating expense accounts and query with markets,
Extract balance sheet account balances from SAP
Create file with frequencies of accounts to be reconciled
Manually post statutory bank revaluations for bank accounts
Performing balance sheet reconciliations for non-SAP markets using information sent directly from the market
Posting payroll files for various markets into SAP

Profile

The successful Interim Reconciliations Accountant will require the following:

A proven track record in a similar role
Part Qualified ACCA/ CIMA or
Proficient excel skills - other relevant technical analytically skills could also be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Available immediately or at short notice
SAP would be advantageous
