Job Summary:
The Region Financial Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating financial reporting processes. This position will support and manage the overall financial performance for OSPSG and assist in day-to-day activities of the department.
Job Duties:
- Monitor and analyze operation expense to business plan, trend and last year
- Establish a structured review process for monthly reporting and business plan
- Work with District/Country to ensure reporting compliance
- Support training of District/Country coordinator as needed
- Review Country reporting process and develop improvement plans
- Create procedure and training material
- Coordinate administrative documentation and contract management
- Work with all related parties to support OSPSG development plan
Characteristic:
- Motivated with strong work ethics and portray positive attitude
- Adaptable to multiple demands, rapid changes and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and proactively
- Possess excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting findings to senior management
Skill & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Accounting or Finance
- Advanced user of Excel
- Experience analyzing large data sets
- Experience with FP&A, financial reporting, analytics
