Business Analyst sought in Dusseldorf

For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Analyst – Energy

Overview:

The project involves creating a solution for trade capture and life cycle events management. It requires deep understanding of energy commodities trading and associated products. Also, the business knowledge of various events associated with energy trades is critical to understand the requirements and design a solution for managing & processing trade events. The current focus is on Natural Gas and Power.

Required skills:

• Experience in working on energy trade life cycle.
• In depth knowledge of Energy commodities (gas, power) trading products (futures, forwards, swings, storages, options, etc.)
• Trade life cycle management and downstream processes for energy trades
• Experience of working with clients as single team and interacting with mid–level stakeholders
• Capable of discussing requirements and translating them into solution concept.
• Create functional design of the solution and work with developers to get the technical solution implemented.

Good to have:

• Weather derivatives
• Experience of working in scrum team
• MS Azure knowledge
