Qualified Finance Director required to join a £10 million T/O Manufacturing company in Coventry.
Your new company
We are currently recruiting the Finance Director for a privately owned manufacturing company with a current T/O of circa £10 million. The company are based in modern offices with parking in Coventry and are looking for a Qualified Finance Director to continue to grow the company.
Your new role
As Finance Director you will support the Managing Director in controlling all aspects of the finance department. Overseeing a team of 3 clerks, you will be responsible for the A-Z of the accounting function. You will prepare the monthly management accounts, be responsible for all year end and statutory accounts and be the main point of contact with the auditors.
Working with the MD, the Finance Director will be responsible for the annual budget process, cash flow management and working with the banks. This is a strong mix of hands on accounting but also strategic commercial work to help grow the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant, with a strong background working as a head of finance or FD in a SME hands on environment. A knowledge of manufacturing would be beneficial.
What you'll get in return
A salary upto £70,000 plus car allowance and potential bonus. You will also finish at lunchtime on Friday and receive 25 days holiday and generous pension.
