Operations Finance Business Partner.

Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Client Details

Multi-national manufacturing sector client who are at the forefront of innovation, a leader in what they do and a company passionate about internal succession planning. As an Operations Finance Business Partner, you will provide support the business and management teams to provide financial guidance and controls governance for their sites as well as driving the strategic direction, through good financial control, insights and analysis.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the site senior management to drive through the planned strategies.
  • Drive performance through planning, implementing and monitoring the management actions for the sites.
  • Managing cost base.
  • Site reporting and accounting.

Profile

You will be:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience within in a manufacturing environment, preferably as working within a management team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to engage individuals.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.

Job Offer

Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
