This role, Temporary Accounts Assistant (start immediately), is an excellent opportunity to work for a large Media company with different sites across London.

They are well established and have recently seen a growth in their online advertising division meaning they are in need of an additional accounts assistant.

This is a newly created role and will begin on a temporary basis for 6 months paid hourly.

Our client are an international Media company based in the City of London.

Due to growth they are looking for an extra pair of hands in finance as an accounts assistant.

The role will begin on a 6 month temporary basis and will be paid hourly.

The role also has a high potential to become permanent after 6 months.

Description

This role, Temporary Accounts Assistant (start immediately), involves:

- Raising and processing purchase and sales invoices

- Matching, batching and coding invoices

- Cash allocation

- Bank reconciliations

- Supplier statement reconciliations

- WIP billing

- Intercompany reconciliations

- Accountancy focused

- Paid hourly

- Based in the City of London

- Start next week

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Temporary Accounts Assistant (start immediately), must:

1. Have at least 6 months experience as an Accounts Assistant

2. Be keen, eager and driven

3. Be happy to commit to a 6 month role

4. Be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks notice
