Key Accountabilities:-Develop GC finance team to ensure its staff continue to advance their finance/accounting skills, ERP & related system knowledge as well as product and business skills to meet dynamic environment challenges by continuously improving process and enhance system knowledge, compliance with global and local accounting standard and procedures;-Ensure day to day accounting and financial actives be accurate, on time and meet required local and US GAAP standard.-Perform monthly analyses of financial results to determine cause and effect to supporting GC business actions which includes pricing, margins, operational variance analysis, productivity tracking, OPEX, CAPEX and Working Capital control. the general financial status of Nippon Donaldson.-Perform ad hoc business analysis for new business quotation, potential M&A financial support work, cost reduction, process improvement financial results simulation, cash flow projection, CER financial varication as well as working capital improvement action development.-Report monthly, quarterly and yearly results to GC managements staff on time and provide relevant factual data driven analysis to guide business decision making and actions development and subsequent result tracking.-Plan and manage the finance departments OPEX budget to meet plan and forecasted amount.-Organize and manage the finance department's staff to maximize productivity by system adoption and drive best practice and process standardization with global.-Primary point-of-contact for all Accounting/Financial and Tax Audits.-Primary responsibility for the legal entity's asset management and cash management.-Primary responsibility to implement local and corporate policies, such as the Corporate Compliance Policy and Global Treasury Management Policy, etc.-Primary Relationship Manager with GC's Finance Vendors (Banks and non-Banks) and local government.Key Qualification:Education Qualification:University Degree for finance and accounting for equivalent Professional qualification such as CPA. CMA or CATechnical Competence & Skills:Strong understanding of, and experience with, an ERP system; Oracle/JDE experience preferred.Proficiency in using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge in: BPC WW, Tableau experience is preferred .Public Speaking and Presentation skills to medium and large sized groups using both English and Chinese.Experience in writing and presenting personnel/HR evaluations.Good English communication skill to ensure massage be deliver to APAC and DCI.Leadership Competence:Able to work and lead independently.Strong problem-solving capability and with can do approachSelf learner and willingness to adapting new idea and way of doing things within the compliance range.Must be able to meet short and frequently changing deadlines.Should understand the basics and merits of coaching team members to improve their abilities and to correct behavior.Under work under pressure to meeting tight deadline and something high demand situation.Relevant Experience:Certified Public Accounting (CPA) licensed, or the equivalent skills/experience thereof in both Japan and the US. -Extensive knowledge and multiple-year experience with both US GAAP and J-GAAP reporting requirements and monthly, quarterly, periodic and yearly legal entity and financial reporting based on both. -8+ year experience managing a finance/administrative group of 8 or more people.Multiple years of experience working with a MNC foreign (US preferred) subsidiary in China and/or worked in large US company in US or outside China US subsidiary company.Others (% of travel, language, etc.):Working-level business English (written, spoken and reading comprehension-800+ TOEIC score).公司介绍:是全球过滤系统及其配件行业的领导先驱。过滤产品广泛应用于工业市场及发动机市场。包括:除尘器,发电,电脑硬磁盘,压缩空气纯化,建造设备,采矿,压缩机和卡车等。
