3 LOANS OFFICERS - Portmore, Santa Cruz and Montego Bay Branches Kris An Charles Investments Co. Ltd. has been Jamaica's premier microfinance company since 1992 and operates twelve branches island-wide. We are recruiting three seasoned Loans Officers who are highly motivated, passionate about sales and people and are highly proactive and have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and close sales. Candidates must be target oriented with a drive to succeed in the microfinance industry. Qualifications & Experience Required At least a first degree (Finance, Business or related area preferred) A minimum of two years' experience in the Financial Services Core Responsibilities Interview and assess prospective customers to determine eligibility for loans Build and maintain relationships, generate prospects and convert to sales Assess and analyse loan application and evaluate credit worthiness of applicants Skills/Attributes Required Excellent customer service skills Excellent inter-personal skills and high appreciation for superior service standards Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Excellent organizational ability and multi tasking skills Time management skills Problem solving ability High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail Professionalism Advanced computer skills in MS Office suite Only suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply via email and must indicate responses to the following:- Do you have a B.Sc in Finance, Business or related area?
