Assistant Manager - Finance
Education/Experience
Part Qualified CA / ACCA.
Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
Location
Based in Head Office – Karachi.

Skills & Expertise
- Good accounting background
- Good command in MS office package especially advanced level in MS Excel.
- Good communication skills
- Being a tech savvy would be an advantage.
Major Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to handle the budget preparation exercise; able to track budget lines, and help in forecasting function; confirm the status of budget on new construction and maintenance requisitions; release monthly variance reporting; can handle and manage Real Estate Data / information; keep close liaison with other finance staff for recording of lands in the books of accounts; help keep safe custody of original title documents of Real Estate; liaise with surveyor for the evaluation of lands at fair value; initiate and handle the SOP exercise every two years; assist in grants related reporting.
