Description
This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Processing invoices including matching and coding
- Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Sending copy invoices and dealing with queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar position - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Have a strong attention to detail - Essential
- Be able to use MS Excel - Desirable
