We have an excellent opportunity for a RFP Writer to join this Asset Manager in the Mayfair, where you will be producing high quality RFPs and RFIs, increasing product intelligence to support new business opportunities, thereby helping realise the firms revenue targets at a global level across the mutual funds, discretionary and advisory business channels.
Project manage the end to end RFP process from assessing the suitability of opportunities, through coordination, drafting, submission.
Write accurate, compelling and high quality RFP, RFI and DDQ documents, tailoring the content to client requirements.
Ensure a high standard in style and language, achieving all agreed deadlines.
Maintain and enhance PMAPs library of RFP answers and quarterly DDQs, timely completion of consultant databases and manage relationships with service providers.
Increased product intelligence and driving enhancements to the process as necessary and where opportunities arise, producing management information.
To apply you need to have a record of winning RFP within an Asset Manager, excellent writing ability, a deep understanding of the subject matter and the needs of the client.
Market awareness and a good understanding of equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes, strong analytical skills.
IMC qualified and a degree is preferred or similar. The ability to work well in an International, collaborative team environment. Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
