Reed Finance have been exclusively retained to recruit for an innovative technology company who plan on disrupting their market niche having just successfully raised €20m. Moreover their year on year growth has been 100% since inception.
Joining this business who are an ambitious start up with sites across 12 locations, you shall be responsible transforming the companies finance function and setting up a centre of excellence.
You shall be responsible for;
- Managing a finance function internationally, and centralising roles to either London or Amsterdam
- Producing meaningful management information to help drive growth and strategy including investment appraisals
- Support with fund raising including debt and from external investment firms either VC/PE
- Manage the statutory requirements of the organisation
- Manage the day-to-day cash flow
- Support the CEO with scaling up the business
