THE POSITION
This is a commercial CFO position, reporting to the CEO. You will be a key finance partner to the board, operations, sales and management, helping drive business growth.

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have a track record in commercial finance director positions, helping to build and drive growth while managing all aspects of finance. Experience working at board level in a down to earth, entrepreneurial growth culture.
International work experience with international offices is preferred. Experience in the transport, logistics, freight or related sectors may be advantageous, however the person is key.
The package includes salary, equity participation scheme, car allowance, bouns and benefits.

- Working closely with the management team, CEO, heads of sales and operations to drive the business.
- Manage the finance and accounting team.
- Review and manage all financial and management reporting.
- Forecasting, budgeting, business planning, analysis.
- Ad hoc projects, commercial and strategic input.
- Liaison with international operations and offices.
- Management of working capital, treasury, cash flow, foreign currency planning.
- Manage HR, IT.
- Liaison with third party suppliers, banks, lawyers, other.
- Input to operations as required including customer contract reviews.
