Typical responsibilities
- Research, source and screen prospective investments to grow the company's deal pipeline
- Develop investment committee memorandums and create meeting minutes
- Reach out to identified companies and potential joint venture investors
- Build and analyze financial models to test unit economics on portfolio companies and prospective investment opportunities
- Undertake due diligence research on investment opportunities
- Contribute to process and analysis improvement
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as creating marketing materials and presentation support
- Participate in meetings with founders and executives of portfolio companies
- Have an opportunity to gain an overview of the group's operations and business model
Requirements
- Excellent academic background. Technical degrees preferred
- Shows interest and appetite to learn more about technology and/or sustainability
- Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- UK work permit
Term & Remuneration
- Expected term: 4 - 6 months
- Remuneration dependent on experience
