My client is expanding rapidly, and has a consistent pipeline of various acquisitions they are looking to make. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA qualified accountant with an advisory background to join their corporate finance team and assist with the due diligence on these existing and future deals.
Client Details
This company has experienced significant growth currently and over recent year, and are a highly acquisitive property investment company. They are Private Equity backed in order to continue this extensive expansion.
Description
Support the investment team in the preparation of research and analysis on prospective investments to develop an increased understanding of key investment risks and value drivers.
Assist in the production of key investment outputs including offer letters, heads of terms, investment papers, presentation documents and non-disclosure agreements.
Assess financial information and forecasts for prospective investments. Highlight risk areas and areas to understand more fully in due diligence.
Provide clear advice/ evidence to senior stakeholders in assessing the viability of the various acquisitions.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified and have a strong background in either Transaction Services or Corporate Finance from practice, or be in an in-house M&A/ due diligence role currently.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to present effectively and build rapport. Interpersonal skills are key, particularly around influencing and negotiation.
Good knowledge in current affairs, business, and an appreciation of their impact on the market.
Advanced spread sheet and financial modelling
Knowledge of or aptitude for the private equity/growth capital industry
Job Offer
Depending on experience, between £55k and £70k + bonus.
