Reed Finance have been retained for a SaaS technology firm located in London. They are seeking a new CFO to partner with the majority owner in growing the business globally.
Joining a business with offices across the globe, you will become a pivotal member of the management team. They have achieved 15-20% year on year growth, and have positive EBITDA.
You will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial and risk management of the company.
- Development of financial and operational strategy
- Ensuring the ongoing development, and control of financial systems and controls
- Managing and supporting in development of business strategic plans
- Overseeing the budgeting processes – including ensuring KPI’s are being hit
- Developing financial and tax strategies & Transfer Pricing
- Ensure relationships are maintained with all key stakeholders, and private equity investor
- Taking responsibility for any potential acquisitions
- Building a sales and commission frame work to retain top performers
- Identifying a new account system and overseeing the role out by the Head of Finance
This role will suit
- A qualified accountant – ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified
- Someone who has worked for a SaaS organisation
- Strong communicator, who has worked for international organisations
- Managing a team of 10+
You shall be rewarded with a competitive salary Circa £150,000 - £200,000 + Bonus/Equity
