The Client
Harmonic are pleased to be working with a fast paced and rapidly growing fashion retailer. They are looking for an ambitious individual to come in and join their team, taking on the role of Financial Controller.
The Role
The Financial Controller is key to the growth of the business and is responsible for building and managing a small team covering end-to-end Finance and partnering closely with both the COO and CEO.

The Role
The Financial Controller is key to the growth of the business and is responsible for building and managing a small team covering end-to-end Finance and partnering closely with both the COO and CEO.
The role:
- Responsibility for driving Forecasting and Planning
- Implementation of a Budgeting cycle
- Oversee and manage the production of Monthly Management accounts
- Lead the production of Board and Investor reporting
- Build Financial Reporting tools to report on stock and inventory
- P&L, cash flow and balance sheet reconciliations
- In source the Finance function and take responsibility for producing Statutory Accounts (IFRS and UK GAAP)
- Overhead budgets and reforecasts
- Monthly & weekly payment runs
Required Experience:
- E-commerce/ Retail experience
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to engage with Senior stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious
- Qualified Accountant
- SAGE experience
- Willing to join a fast paced company
Offered Package:
- £40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
- Start Date ASAP
