Our client, a large healthcare network in Boston, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their corporate finance team! This organization is experiencing massive growth and is looking for individuals with an enthusiasm for using financial modeling to drive strategy and decision making. This individual will collaborate with various individuals from all parts of the organization including C–Level executives and department heads. It's a perfect role for someone with excellent communication skills and financial analysis experience looking to make the next step in their career!

Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports and analysis, meeting organizational and departmental deadlines.
  • Work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Communicate consistently, professionally and clearly.
  • Partner with office directors and senior leadership to create annual operating budgets.
  • Maintain ownership of financial data and accuracy for multiple hospital markets.
  • Partner with practice directors and senior leadership to analyze budget variances monthly.
  • Work together with area directors to devise and publish both financial and operational dashboards, efficiency and productivity reports.
  • Respond timely to emails and phone messages within 24 hours.
  • Use information to help devise financial models for productivity, compensation, and expense management control.
  • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of restricted records and communications.
  • Perform other duties as required for this job.
?? Bachelor's degree in Finance, information systems, or business management
?? 1–3 years of work experience in a financial analysis capacity
?? Strong analytical and communication experience
?? Experience in working with and analyzing Budget variances
?? Strong understanding of financial concepts and modeling
?? Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
