If so, please read on!Robertson Bell Finance are working with a prestigious International Charity to recruit an Interim Finance Manager – Grants to join the organisation for a period of 5–6 months with the potential to become permanent after this time.Reporting into the Head of Finance – Grants, the main responsibilities of the role are as follows:*Ensure the smooth running of meetings between regional offices in both donor countries and those where the grants are being utilised.*Carry out analysis of grant reports, proposing and implementing accounting procedures to resolve any issues that arise.*Assist the Head of Finance with the quarterly and annual reporting processes for the grant finance.*Review and close grant finance accounts with minimal balances that have been dormant for a pre–agreed timeframe.The successful candidate will either be a part or fully qualified accountant who has experience of working for an INGO of a significant size and scale. As this role will likely manage two Grant Accountants, it will be a benefit if you have managed a team before although this is not a pre–requisite.
