A multi award-winning Mortgage Brokerage are looking for an ambitious and organised Mortgage Advisor to join them at the one of the UK’s leading Mortgage Brokerage.

You will receive a basic salary along with a very strong commission structure along with great training and other company benefits. It also offers unparalleled flexibility, with each Consultant able to chose their own working hours (both plans have a late start!) You will also get your own laptop to allow you to work from home if you desire.

You will be based in our client’s modern office based in Southampton, Hampshire and will be providing expert, professional advice to all types of clients on a daily basis. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service whilst building long-term relationships with your clients. Providing mortgage advice will be your speciality, but you will also be expected to advise around other products, such as insurance.

You will provide all advice over the telephone with the aim of growing your client base to ensure performance and written business increases year-on-year. You will engage with your clients to identify their exact needs and how best to meet them.

In return, you will be provided with all qualified leads and full case management and administration support from our clients in-house Lead Triage Department, allowing you more time to assist your clients with the application process.

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Hold full CeMAP qualifications
  • The ability to work on your own
  • A background in financial services is beneficial, but we are willing to consider other applicants if they hold the right skills.

We will also consider applications made by those who have taken a break from the industry or people who have a CeMap but no relevant experience.
