Brand new role for 2019! A brand new team member is needed to join a very busy insurance broker's close-knit high street team. The broker is well established, growing dynamically and offers real progression! Are you bright, enthusiastic, thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoy achieving personal and team goals? Do you have proven sales and customer service experience?
There is great insurance training, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII Diploma), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study plus an NVQ Level 2 in Insurance.
The role is a great blend of admin, organisational, IT & case management skills, re-prioritising a changing, evolving personal workload - also exemplary customer service and lots of customer contact in a customer facing role, sourcing and presenting insurance solutions tailored to meet each customer's very individual needs.
The role is about giving your customers better, cheaper or more comprehensive insurance cover for motor (cars, family fleets, motorbikes, trikes, motor homes, vans etc), home insurance including buildings and contents insurance (for thatched, listed, new-builds, 2nd homes, properties requiring under-pinning or in flood risk areas as well as customer's valuables, artworks, jewellery, golf clubs, techie kit etc etc), also travel insurance for all sorts of places & activities and of course pet insurance to cover vet's bills and get treatment fast for much loved pets of all kinds. So the role is varied and ever changing - no two days alike!
You will win each customer's trust and loyalty through a listening approach, great customer service and your memorable personality and attention to detail.
The benefits package includes training, professional qualifications, a pension scheme, holiday enititlement and new measures coming in.
There is no cold-calling or telesales. There ARE lots of warm and hot leads, referrals, reccomendations and close customer contact. You will be part of a friendly, professional team.
The hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Friday plus some Saturday mornings 8.30 to 12 midday (on a rota, between 3 in 4 and every other Saturday morning).
The role is permanent and full time. The company is expanding so there is great opportunity for career development, promotion, progression, a secure long term career and even specialisation or becoming a manager if you have that much to give back.
