Key duties include:
You will be QBE/Qualified or PQ or have completed AAT.
- Preparation of financial schedules which form part of the monthly management accounts. In particular, schedules of prepayments and accruals, bad debt provisions.
- Preparation of overhead reports for managers
- Preparation of monthly utilisation reports
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of KPI sheets for individual fee earners
- Daily checks and postings within financial ledger
- Monitoring of Work in Progress (WIP) and reporting to Management
- Monitoring of disbursement write offs and reporting to Finance Partner
- Assistance with client specific billing tasks and reports
- Supporting the preparation of annual budget packs
- Ad-hoc support to the Management Accountant and Head of Finance as required
