A Finance Business Partner is being recruited to join the accountancy function of a leading business in Liverpool.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join in what will be a fantastic, challenging role.

Description

As Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the finance function with the rest of the business through building strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to provide advice, insight and analysis to help support and improve company performance. Key duties will include:

• Responsibility for the budget process including annual business planning, forecasting, strategic analysis and pricing
• Review and analysing performance versus budget, analysing variances and commentaries
• Supporting the forecasting process
• Working capital analysis
• Reviewing and developing KPIs to support managers and help with key decision making
• Business partnering to supporting the costing process, such as write offs, price variances, margin analysis etc
• Preparing financial analysis to support investment decisions including scenario analysis

Profile

For the Finance Business Partner role, we are looking for:

• CIMA/ACCA Finalist level candidate
• Experience of management accounts
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel skills and strong system skills
• Able to continually improve processes
• Excellent time management, organisation and planning skills
