Description

Operations Finance Business Partner:

• Maintain SAP base data for your operations

• Create annual costings for products made at site operations

• Create ad hoc costings for products as required

• Analyse monthly deviations and provide meaningful explanations as a part of month-end review

• Ensure action logs from Cost Review Meetings are issued ad followed up

• Process results of finished good stock takes and stockpiles

• Support the collection of information required for the Weekly Report from the plants

• Budget and forecast for the production deviation and cost of idle capacity

• Support operations management

• Organise and co-ordinate the formal stock take program on site

• Accountant for month and quarterly inventory reporting

• Act as Business Partner for sites

• Ad hoc reporting for senior management as required

• Improve processes and systems to the meet the changing demands of the business

Profile

A successful Operations Finance Business Partner

Essential:

• Professional Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• Highly numerate

• Advanced Excel skills

• Committed to delivering for a customer

• Ability to work to deadlines

Desirable:

• Manufacturing experience

• 2:1 degree in a related area

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
