Client Details

Well established financial services business based in East Kent.

Description

Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
Maintain balance sheet control through preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
Production of monthly Board packs
Presentation of monthly results to group
Ensure all income, expenditure and capex is correctly accounted for, monitored and any variances to budget and prior year are analysed and commented on

Involvement in the preparation of forecasts
Support business owners to achieve budgets through effective reporting of sales performance and spend against budget
Challenging budget holders regarding spend and proactively identifying opportunities and risks associated with the cost base
Support with development, preparation and tracking of business and financial KPIs

Profile

A fully qualified accountant
Confident, able to communicate with lots of different levels of stakeholders
Able to improve processes and identify improvements
Happy to work at pace and to month end deadlines
A supportive, friendly team member

Job Offer

Tne Finance Manager role is paying circa £45,000 + benefits.
