As the head of reporting & analysis you will be focused on partnering with business functions such as sales, marketing and operations to ensure that processes and procedures are analysed and a strategy is put in place to continuously improve the processes. Situated within Slough, this is working for a global organisation.
Client Details
We are partnering with a large multinational organisation based in Slough, they have a large market share within their specific industry and have the strategy to become the market leader. This company has an excellent track record for internal promotion and has an excellent reputation for its company culture. Due to an internal mover, they are now seeking a head of reporting & Analysis.
Description
As the head of reporting & Analysis, your key responsibilities will be to partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations to provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis. In regards to sales you will be providing monthly KPI reporting and trends, partnering with the VP of sales by providing them with monthly board packs.
You will be directly managing a team of 5 that you will be tasked to ensure they are motivated and working to the ideal performance. It will be your task as the head of reporting & Analysis to promote and rotate staff when necessary.
Profile
The successful candidate will be wanting a step up in their career, you could already be working in a similar role within a smaller organisation or you could be looking for the next step in your career. You will need experience providing accurate reporting and analysis to a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent. Qualified by experience will be considered for this position.
