As an accountant within Omnicom Media Group, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling supplier Ledgers
- Monitoring and reconciliation of Supplier invoices and certificate with Purchase Orders
- Liaising with Traders, Media coordination and Vendors
- Processing reports for management analysis
- Providing accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
- Supporting Group entities in audit requirements
- Processing timely analysis on VAT, WHT, Sales tax etc.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Processing Pay cheques
- Reviewing AP ledger and providing Adhoc reports
