Our client is one of the fastest growing technology companies in High Wycombe.

Description

The FP&A Manager is responsible for reviewing the the forecasts, produced every 2 weeks, with the divisional heads and challenging their numbers.

You are tasked with developing the management information reporting to provide insight to the director of Finance and divisional heads with full commentary.

You will monitor revenue and margin and develop an effective reporting process to hand over to the incumbent at the end of your contract ensuring all process are fully documented.

Profile

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA) with extensive experience gained in FP&A and Business Partnering.

You will have demonstrable accounting knowledge of Work in Progress (WIP) and Revenue Recognition in your recent roles.

Experience of forecasting and challenging divisional managers on their number with the ability to build rapport and explain finance to non-finance staff is essential.

You will have advanced excel skills and enjoy getting into the numbers and manipulating large volumes of data.

We are looking for someone who has developed Financial Reporting to include commercial insight to aid better decision making.

Job Offer

Initially we are offering a 3 month contract to the FP&A Manager.

Given the grow prospects of the business there may be the opportunity to extend.
