Senior Financial Analyst

Currently we are looking for candidates forSenior Financial Analyst position for one of our prestige's client in Abu Dhabi- Government entity.

1. Involvement in the evaluation and screening of investment opportunities

2. Perform preliminary screening of investment opportunity and carry out extensive and in-depth due diligence work and project evaluation

3. Responsible for the financial modeling and analysis of companies and transactions

4. Prepare Investment Proposal for presentation to management

5. Drafting investment committee presentation and seeking approvals for the new investments

6. Develop company specific knowledge and an understanding of how value is created within a business

7. Financial analysis of the budgets of companies contributed by the Fund in order to assess their performance.

8. Updating the valuation models of the portfolio companies on a yearly basis.

9. Review the financial statements of the companies contributing to each financial analyst and report to the department manager.

10. Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders

11. Follow-up on the news of companies that fund has invested in.

12. Attending the boards of directors meeting of some companies.

13. Monitoring the financial markets for listed investments on the stock exchanges.

14. Update procedures in the section and investment policy allocation to the department.

15. Update the approved strategy of the department.

16. Where relevant, may liaise / co-ordinate with trading, operations and areas on administrative projects relating to the fund

17. To carry out any other tasks assigned to it.
