Our client is a leading security and data management company located in London's West End. Due to significant growth across the business, they are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join the team.
Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Sales Order Processor with responsibility for the following duties:
Sales order processing and related order administration
Maintenance of relevant internal controls and procedures
Monitoring and working to resolve any order-related issues, working closely with accounting and sales teams
Ensure accuracy of order-related metrics that help shape the way we run the business
Manage customer transactions from invoicing to collections
Take ownership of account reconciliations for partner and customer accounts
Ensure the validity of all data in our sales and customer relationship management system
Support the Financial Controller with various finance operational matters
Assist with the day to day operation of HR administration
Ensure all legal, HR and finance documentation is securely filed in line with company policy
Profile
The successful candidate:
Highly process-oriented with a keen eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a belief in the value of customer service
Ability to work under pressure, delivering accurate, high quality work with a high volume of orders
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced and demanding global environment
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Ideally you will have previous experience working with Salesforce
A solid understanding of basic finance principles
You have 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a start-up or high-growth environment
Degree-educated, preferably in a business-related field
