Description
An Audit and Accounts Manager seeking a career opportunity with greater scope for building relationships and adding value, to a wide ranging client base, is required to join a highly regarded and leading Taunton region Accountancy Practice . The firm has a very strong reputation and a wide range of corporates, OMBs, SMEs varying in turnover and industry area and charities, education sector, financial institutions and other clients. You will take full responsibility for the management and delivery of audit (circa 50%) and accounts delivery to your clients, planning audit assignments and managing teams, reviewing work and scope for significant involvement in advisory projects work eg due diligence, valuations, planning etc, looking to identify opportunities and work with the wider team on delivery, as well having hands on involvement. You will carve a key role in the this office and progress in your career.
Profile
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent with experience gained within any mix of - small/medium /large independent accountancy practice firm background, or Top 50 or Mid Tier/Top Tier firm environment. You will be an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager level professional, seeking a career move, with progression and a development path on offer.
You will be able to demonstrate your experience in planning audit assignments and managing teams of junior staff, reviewing their work and the ability to demonstrate a strength in developing relationships, both internally and externally and be looking to develop your career, within a highly regarded Accountancy Practice
